Uploads a file to a merchant's registration.
Usage
Use this endpoint to upload documents such as identification, bank statements, or business licenses.
Associating the file with a registration_document_id helps the underwriting team identify the purpose of the document.
Take care when adding files to an approved merchant as files can not be removed from approved merchants.
