Adding Files to Your System

Upload and manage files for various purposes throughout the platform. Supported file types include images for thumbnails, logos, and customization elements.

Supported File Types

Dispute Files: JPG, PNG, PDF, TIFF
Files: PDF, JPG, PNG, ZIP, TXT, MP3, MP4, GIF, JPEG
Maximum file size: 10MB per file
Maximum file upload: You can upload 8 dispute files at a time and 5 regular files in one endpoint call.

Upload Process

Navigate to the catalog create item page or create invoice page..
Select Choose File or drag and drop your file. For a thumbnail, click the Add button on the thumbnail placeholder.
Wait for the upload to complete.
Confirm the file appears in your file list.
