- Dispute Files: JPG, PNG, PDF, TIFF
- Files: PDF, JPG, PNG, ZIP, TXT, MP3, MP4, GIF, JPEG
- Maximum file size: 10MB per file
- Maximum file upload: You can upload 8 dispute files at a time and 5 regular files in one endpoint call.

- Navigate to the catalog create item page or create invoice page..
- Select Choose File or drag and drop your file. For a thumbnail, click the Add button on the thumbnail placeholder.
- Wait for the upload to complete.
- Confirm the file appears in your file list.
