Creating a Business Track Account

Business Track is the platform to manage disputes for accounts with Merchant IDs beginning with 4983, 4987, 5121, 5179, 5185, 5347, 5353, or 5544. To create an account, please follow the directions below:

1. Navigate to www.businesstrack.com.
2. Click Enroll.
3. Click Sign up with your Merchant Account.
4. Enter your information, including the Merchant ID, the Bank account number currently on file with Stax for deposits, and your Tax ID (TIN, EIN, or, if you're a sole proprietor, SSN). You can skip the Bank Sort Code/Transit #.
5. Click Create Account.

You will receive an email at the address you entered with login instructions to set up a password and start using the platform for dispute management.
