Use the merchant list in PCI Aperia to understand what each SAQ (Self-Assessment Questionnaire) compliance status means and what action is needed next.
SAQ compliance statuses
The following table explains each merchant's compliance status.
| Questionnaire Compliance Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Not Started | No questionnaire has been selected or determined yet. |
| In Progress | The questionnaire has been started but is not complete. |
| Non-Compliant | One or more questionnaire answers are out of compliance. |
| Not Signed | The questionnaire is complete but still needs to be signed. |
| Compliant | The questionnaire was completed, reviewed, and signed within the last year. |
| Expired | The last questionnaire is more than one year old and must be reassessed. |
What you can do next
- Send reminder emails to merchants whose status is not compliant, specifying how often notifications are sent. See Email Notifications.
- Use site jumping to start a questionnaire and answer questions on behalf of a merchant.
You cannot attest to or sign a questionnaire for a merchant.
